first, we're going to get to the latest trouble for american airlines. a story we first brought you on "good morning america." another flight was forced to make an emergency landing last night. and abc's jim avila has been tracking all of the developments. jim, good morning. >> reporter: good morning, elizabeth. american pilots could be at the bargaining table as early as today. bringing to an end, the problems for the airline. this morning, the embattled american airlines under the microscope again. >> i have a gear unsafe flight. >> reporter: another american flight forced to make an emergency landing after an apparent mid-flight maintenance issue. flight 1862, travelling from dallas to st. louis tuesday, turned around after the landing gear appears to jam. >> emergency at this time. we're coming back into dallas. i did get all three back down position. >> reporter: it's serious enough, passengers are told to brace. >> when they said assume the position, it was scary.

>> reporter: the plane lands safely. though some onboard are skeptical because of american's labor dispute with pilots. >> some people are cheering as we're landing. and the rest of us are thinking, is this a scenario they created? or was it real? >> reporter: tuesday's emergency, coming at an especially bad time for the nation's third-largest carrier, the same day it grounded 47 of its 757s, nearly half the fleet, to remove and inspect rows of seats, after three scary incidents of seats coming loose during flight. even flipping over in mid-flight. >> our seats 14, a, b and c are totally disconnected. >> reporter: the bankrupt airline says this morning, the loose seat was an error with saddle clamps, which hold them to the floor. not sabotage by disgruntled worker. >> somehow in the installation process of our seat, we initiated the failure. we're not sure if it's mechanical failure or human failure. >> reporter: today, the airline

hopes it will see the end of its labor struggles. the ceo telling workers, it's been a challenging couple of weeks. an understatement, george. >> for sure. it's "your voice, your vote." just hours from the first crucial debate. more than 50,000 people expected to watch tonight. and let's begin with jake tapper. the latest stab at setting tonight's agenda. the resurfacing of a speech president obama gave in 2007. >> reporter: that's right, george. the speech was covered five years ago. though, not part of the remarks when then-senator obama ad-libbed. conserves are calling it explosive. the obama campaign is calling it a desperate attempt by romney's allies to change the subject. speaking to the largely african-american hampton university ministers conference in june 2007, then-senator obama

went off his prepared remarks. using a different speaking style than usual, obama charged new orleans, post-hurricane katrina, was supposed to get disaster from the stafford fund. a requirement waived for other disaster victims. >> when 9/11 happened in new york city, they waived the stafford act. said this is too serious a problem. we can't expect new york city to rebuild on its own. >> reporter: same with hurricane andrew in florida, he said. but -- >> what's happening down in new orleans? there's your dollars? where's your stafford act money? makes no sense. tells me the bullet hasn't been taken out. tells me that somehow, the people down in new orleans, they don't care about as much. >> reporter: beyond the accuracy of the charge, critics say the president was divisively pandering to a black crowd, by

suggesting malicious discrimination against new orleans. >> people in washington, they wake up, they're surprised. there's poverty in our midst. folks are frustrated. black people, angry. >> reporter: the video also features obama extolling his then-reverend, jeremiah wright. >> a guy who puts up with me, counsels me, listens to my wife complain about me. he's a friend and a great leader. >> reporter: the obama campaign points out that in 2007, then-senator obama spoke out quite a bit in the senate on the issue of disaster relief for the gulf coast. and that's true, george. although, he did speak about it a little differently in the senate. george? >> jake, thanks. let's add in david muir, already inside the debate hall. and political contributor, matthew dowd here with me. unlikely mitt romney is going to bring up this tape tonight. but the governor is behind

nationally. and especially in the key battleground states. do they think they have to shake things up tonight? >> reporter: they absolutely do, george. i talked to a half-dozen advisers over the next 24 hours. and they agree. they have to establish three things. he has to offer a blistering critique of the president. the second thing, though, is criticism within his own party that he needs to offer more details. forward-looking specifics. expected to offer a little more about his tax plan. there's been questions about the tax cuts across the board. which deductions would he eliminate? he's been practicing with that question. they would be surprised, stunned, in fact, if the 47% comments did not come up during this debate. heeds been practicing on that, as well. and lastly, this is their words, he doesn't have to win a charm conte contest, a charm offensive on this stage. he does need to connect with americans and the problems felt

by middle-class families. >> jake, one thing romney is likely to bring up tonight. a gaffe by vice president joe biden, where he said the middle class has been buried for the last four years. >> reporter: that's right. vice president biden tried to clean up those remarks later in the day, saying he was referring to the middle-class buried by tax policies put in by republicans. ones that romney and ryan want to go back to. but criticism of what's happened to the middle-class over the last four years is one that ryan and romney jumped on. >> matthew dowd, what is a win for each candidate tonight? >> mitt romney has to show up and be confidenpassionate and connect with the audience. but really, he has to put the president on the defensive. he needs to turn this race into a referendum on the president. >> and the president? >> i think the president's all about his mannerisms and his style at this point. i think he can't come across as

irritable. he can't come across as impatient. he has to act that he wants to be there, maybe with a lot of smyt smiles. he can't come off out of touch. >> do you think the moderator, jim leher comes up? >> i think mitt romney would make a mistake if he brought it up. let's get to josh elliott and the rest of the morning headlines. >> we're going to get to the desperate scene in northwest minnesota. half of a town forced to flee as wildfires threatened homes there. heavy winds and drought conditions there. flames spread across 3 miles in 20 minutes. workers had to scramble to empty a nursing home and a school. but crews say the fire is mostly under control. we're learning more about the killing of a u.s. border patrol agent along the

mexico/arizona border on tuesday. nicholas ivie, a husband and father of two children. cecilia vega is there along the border. good morning, cecilia. >> reporter: josh, good morning. this is one of the famous drug trafficking corridors. for that reason, investigators suspect what happened to agent ivie could be connected to narco trafficking. just three miles from the u.s./mexico border remains a crime scene. the land so rugged, so steep, helicopters have joined the federal officers hunting for whatever killed border patrol agent nicholas ivie. >> nick ivie died in the line of duty. >> reporter: two others on patrol with ivie made it out alive. one agent was shot twice but is expected to survive. another, uninjured. this dangerous stretch of border is known for human trafficking and drug smuggling.

the flow of drugs is so pu pervasive, traffickers called it cocaine alley. border patrol agents are remembering one of their own. while his wife mourns her husband, and father of two young daughters. >> he adored his children. loved his wife. wife loved him. it was all about his family. >> reporter: friends say ivie joined the border patrol because he loved horses. and patrolling on horseback was what he did until tuesday morning. this station was renamed in honor of brian terry, the border patrol agent who was killed in the fast and furious border control. >> thank you for that. to the middle east, now, and a series of massive suicide bombings, striking the heart of syria's largest city today,

killing dozens of people. aleppo is ground zero in the nation's bloody civil war. entire neighborhoods, as you see here, have been leveled. new evidence that serious security concerns have been raised before the attack that killed the u.s. ambassador to libya last month. just before his death, ambassador chris stevens told a retired military officer not to travel to libya because it was unsafe. republicans in congress claim the diplomats repeatedly requested more security there. and nasa has released the clearest video yet of the united states from away and above. a dark area you see in the foreground is the gulf of mexico. up the gulf coast. north past the big cities, atlanta and on up to washington. eventually, you can see very clearly the bright lights of new york city. video all shot from the international space station. and it is spectacularly beautiful. >> it's so sharp. >> amazingly sharp, isn't it? >> that was really a treat. thank you, josh.

>> you bet. now, this morning to facebook. and new questions about how the company may be using our personal information. the company is under fire right now for selling access to its 900 million users. abc's bianna golodryga is here, more, now, with the details. >> reporter: good morning to you. this morning, facebook is facing another crisis of confidence, about how it handles privacy. it's a growing backlash after reports that the company is allowing advertisers to target users based on detailed, personal information. all of this coming as mark zuckerberg is 5,000 miles away in russia, telling is idea of facebook to an entirely new market. the company that convinced its users to share nearly everything about themselves and their personal lives online is reportedly now exploring new, more invasive ways of tapping into its most lucrative asset, its nearly 9 million users. >> the commitment we made is we're going to execute this mission of making the world more open and connected.

>> reporter: but "the wall street journal" reports that facebook is opening those connections to marketers. reportedly now allowing them to target ads based on the e-mail addresses and phone numbers users post on their profiles. it's a service facebook competitors, like google and yahoo! have offered marketers for years. but bun mark zuckerberg, the company's founder, has publicly shied away from. >> what facebook is doing is keeping tabs on what you're doing all over the web. ultimately, facebook is a business. facebook makes more money if they sell more advertising. >> reporter: analysts say the move comes as zuckerberg faces increasing pressure from shareholders. especially after facebook's disastrous ipo. since stocks started selling in may, it's lost nearly half of its predebut value. >> mark zuckerberg is not an

advertising guy. he's reluctant to make facebook a place where advertisers thrive and users don't. but at a certain point, this is the balance that facebook has to juggle. >> reporter: what users may not like is reports that the company is studying how its online ads later affect how users buy offline. we're going to get to the heartwarming comeback story now. adam greenberg of the marlins suffered a devastating injury in his first major league at-bat. but last night, he scored big with the fans. abc's matt gutman was there. >> reporter: those roars, the standing ovation, all for this man, adam greenberg. not because he's a star. but because he is proof second chances really do happen. >> hearing my name and my number, it's a dream come true. >> reporter: it took greenberg seven years to get his second

for "pop news." >> okay. >> just like everybody else. >> i can't wait. a lot coming up. but first, we have the latest on the murder trial in georgia. the defendant, a convicted stalker, acting as his own lawyer. he was sentenced to life in prison on monday. this morning, we sit down with his victims for the first time. they sat down with "20/20" anchor, chris cuomo. chris has that. >> reporter: thank you, george. this trial came down to the ability of two people to face down the man who ruined their liv lives. a courtroom became a crucible of fears of the fast and to be rid of a monster. after 17 years, waseem daker's victims say justice prevailed after four hours to send him to prison for a life sentence and 47 years for the murder of flight attendant karmen smith and the stabbing of her son,

nicholas. who survived to take the stand. >> do you remember telling them in 1995 that the eyes were blue. >> i had gotten stabbed by you. so, i don't really think that that was a very good time to be asking a 5-year-old questions like that. >> reporter: in a bizarre twist, nick smith was face-to-face with his attacker, as daker represented himself in court. staring at the man who stabbed him 18 times, smith decided to stand his ground. what did you want him to know? that he didn't break me. that he might have tried to ruin my life. but he didn't. >> reporter: daker is believed to have attacked smith and killed his mother, karmen, as revenge against the woman he stalked, she, too, had to confront the man who haunted her dreams. >> this is unappropriate. >> it's really inappropriate that you stalk me and harassment and you're sitting here asking

me questions. and i have to come back and answer you. that's hard for me. >> reporter: at trial, you had done something very brave. you had come out and facing almost the ultimate fear. >> yes. >> reporter: you did not want to be shown. >> no. >> reporter: why? >> this is clearly something i had held in for so long, that only a few close, dear friends are aware of what i experienced through the hands of waseem daker. the poor guy had to confront the man who stabbed him 18 times. if he's going to do it, i have to be strong for him. to show him, we can do it. >> reporter: dna evidence tied daker to the crime scene. and the strength of his former victims made the jury see him for what they said he was, a killer, who will hurt these people no more. >> no longer will someone other than me control my life and interrupt my thoughts. >> reporter: how do you feel

insurance adjusters getting a little stingy. >> reporter: home alone, eric's pregnant wife rebecca, says she and her 20-month-old daughter were forced to flee, quote, a quickly flooding home, surrounded by live high-voltage wires and without any light. they survived such drama unharmed. >> they've been dispossessed from their home. and they feel that house is not safe until something is done with the trees. >> reporter: in court, corgan had been warned. untrue, replied corgan in a statement. i was horrified when i learned about the tree falling. eric dane did not respond to our calls or e-mails and he wasn't home when we called. corgan called the legal battle a shame because they're nice people. ♪ today is the greatest day i've ever known ♪ >> reporter: corgan has definitely known greater days than this. for "good morning america," nick watt, abc news, beverly hills.

she admits the couple's relationships had been on the rocks for a while. on her reality show, "a little bit country," the mom of three shared just how devastating the split was. the part about the kids is the hard part, letting them down. i feel like, i failed them somehow. >> she could barely get out of bed. and she was focused on being a good mom. that's all the energy she could muster. >> reporter: but as she approached her milestone 40th birthday, she decided it was time to move forward. >> i didn't put blinders on. the pain, i felt it and experienced it and learned from it. >> reporter: not only did garth shed emotional baggage, she also lost weight, thanks to biweekly sessions with a personal trainer and more spencible eati ining habits. garth regained her girlish figure, looking a lot like her old self-again, in this old navy commercial. garth says she's focused on loving her children and loving

good wednesday morning to you. it's been 11 days since anthony anderson died in police custody and now we know how he died. dism the state medical examiner's office has released a report ruling that anthony's death is a homicide. according to the autopsy report, anderson died from blunt force trauma. now, the report shows that he had broken ribs, a ruptured spleen and internal bleeding. his family calls the incident police brutality and they say that the officer should be held responsible for his death. >> the officers who were involved in this are currently on paid administrative leave. no word yet on whether charges will be filed. time now for a check of the roads. we'll start with lauren because fog is still a real problem out

[ cheers and applause ] we're back with the story of a local anchorwoman who became the lead story when she went public with a hurtful e-mail from a viewer, criticizing her weight. her four-minute response to him on-air has gone wildly viral. we'll talk to her live in a moment. but first, take a look.

>> good morning and wok to news 8 this morning. i'm jennifer livingston. >> reporter: jennifer livingston, the morning anchor at wkat in lacrosse, wisconsin, has spent her career reporting the news. but this week, she became it. >> i want to take a moment to address a situation that's been a talking point in this community over the past weekend, especially on facebook, that centers around me. >> reporter: after receiving a viewer i mail from a local man who criticized her weight -- >> it reads as follows. surely you don't consider yourself a suitable example for this community's young people, girls in particular. obesity is one of the worst choices a person can make. and one of the most dangerous habits to maintain. i leave you this note hoping that you'll reconsider your sponlt as a local public personality to present and promote a healthy lifestyle. >> good job. >> reporter: livingston tried to laugh off the hurtful comments. but her husband, also an anchor at the station, could not.

he posted the e-mail on facebook. and an overwhelming amount of support poured in. >> hundreds and hundreds of people have taken the time out of their day to not only lift my spirits, but take a stand that attacks like this are not okay. >> reporter: in the end, it was livingston who got the final word. >> the truth is, i am overweight. you could call me fat. and, yes, even obese on a doctor's chart. but to the person who wrote me that letter, do you think i don't know that? that your cruel words are pointing out something i don't see. you don't know me. you are not a friend of mine. you are not a part of my family. and you have admitted that you don't watch this show. so, you know now about me than what you see on the outside. and i am much more than a number on a scale. are you blowing a kiss? >> reporter: livingston, herself a mother of three daughters, spoke directly to the children in her audience. saying, no one should ever let themselves feel victimized by others.

>> listen to me right now. do not let your self-worth be defined by bullies. learn from my experience that the cruel words of one are nothing compared to the shouts of many. and joining us, now, live, is jennifer livingston, along with her husband, mike thompson. good morning to you both. jennifer, i have to ask you. we all get e-mails from viewers that are sometimes not very nice. why did you go public with this particular one? >> this is one of the worst that i've gotten. and usually, it's about a story which we encourage people to critique us about our stories. and sometimes, it's the occasional, your hair looks this way. your jacket was not -- you know, you're not wearing your jacket well. but this was an attack. this was a personal attack. calling me obese is one thing. calling me a bad role model for our community where i've worked for 15 years, and especially young girls, which i have three

girls, was a low blow. and i wanted to call him out on it. >> do you think the man who wrote this was trying to be hurtful? do you think it was thoughtlessness or cruelty? or both? >> i think in his mind, he views himself as being helpful, which is what i think, a little bit of the problem is. he doesn't see the way he approached it was clearly hurtful to me. he is trying to shame me into losing weight. that's not being helpful. that's being a bully. >> mike, you posted on this your facebook page because, quote, it made you sick, when you read this. you had a real reaction to it. >> i did. like you said, we get e-mails here in the media all the time. but i feel like this one crossed the line out there. and what really angered me, more so than his attack on her not being a role model for our community is that he doesn't know jennifer. he doesn't know me. he doesn't know our family. he doesn't know that jennifer has ran triathlons.

she ran in a race last weekend, a 5k race. she works out two or three times a week. she's going to run in a race this weekend. he doesn't know that. he doesn't know that she has a condition, a thyroid condition, that makes it harder for her to lose weight. he doesn't know any of that. he just decided to attack her for no reason. >> he doesn't know, in fact, she's been trying very hard to lose the weight that she fully well knows she has. you just put out, jennifer. i'm curious for your reaction. the internet has made advances in our lives. but has it made it easier to be a bully? you can insult somebody without the discomfort of having to say it face-to-face? >> you would never say the majority of what you see on the internet to someone's face. that's what it's about. yourself because you're not saying it to their face, you have anonymity doesn't make it okay to say. we need to make sure we're

teaching our children that, especially what's happening in our schools today. >> the general disproportioned conversation as a full. i was struck by something else, jennifer. if you were at home talking about the fat news lady in front of the kids, guess what? your children are probably going to go to school and call someone fat. you really think that discussions like this, comments like this, can lead to bullying in schools of kids? >> i absolutely think that. i do believe that for the majority of kids out there, this behavior is learned. it it's coming from someone else. we all need to have a discussion with our children about what's important, about whether kindness is the way we want to be. or do we want to be critical of the way someone looks. >> and what did you say to your three young daughters about this issue? >> our 10-year-old, we told her this might be something she has to deal with in the future. she needs to be strong. and hopefully, she can follow my

example. >> because she is a good role model. >> oh, that's great. jennifer, mike, thank you so much being with us. be kind to others. thanks so much for being with us this morning. >> beautiful couple. great story. to the side of the beauty business that may not be so pretty. you might think the models have an easy and glamorous life. one struggling model says that's simply not true. linsey davis has her story. >> reporter: strutting your stuff on the catwalk and gracing magazine covers had never seemed so unglamorous. at least when seen through the eyes of model ashley stitt. >> there is so much reaction. you don't always get paid. there's no stability in this work. >> reporter: stitt has been a cover girl and industry insider for more than a decade. this is her day job, trying on clothes.

then, posing for pictures. doesn't sound too strenuous until you hear her talk about it. or read what she wrote in this column for the huffington post. >> the modeling industry is the most unglamorous part. >> reporter: when she landed this, her first cover, for "women's health" magazine, she was disappointed to learn she'd get paid $250. she says many other day-long shoots pay even less. just $100 for the entire day. >> a lot of models do end up working as waitresses. >> stetts wants to clear up misconceptions and give outsiders the inside of what she calls the derbelly of the industry. >> it is a business for them. and they see you as a way to make money, eventually. if you need to borrow money from your agency because you're waiting to pay your rent, they'll charge you sometimes 10%. >> reporter: at 30 years old, stetts says she knows she's

producing "steel magnolias" for lifetime. this isn't an obscure, niche project. it was updated. what drew you to the project? >> well, basically, neil marijuana and craig zarin, who produced "chicago," with me, who produced "hairspray" with me, who i trust and i worked with them, they wanted to do this project and wanted to do it with an all-african-american cast, they wanted me to be part of it. i trust their work ethic. and kenny leon, who is an amazing director. i was excited about working with kenny. >> i'm fully able to embrace this. i'm a cryer in the movies. >> i'm so glad you're a cryer. we need you guys. >> the tears are going to drop here. the big moments, especially in this film, knowing what we know about this story, these are iconic characters. any trepidation for you at all? >> no because i think it's such

a great story. and i think it's such a great story about friendship and family and relationships and being with each other through the ups and downs. and handling those situations together, particularly women. and how we make it through that. so, no. i wasn't intimidated to do that at all. i was really, actually excited. especially when we got the great cast we did. >> i want to look at the cast. we have a clip. and again, you play the character, melin. she is talking about her diabetic daughter's pregnancy for the first time. take a look. >> i suggest we focus on the joy of the situation. >> i agree. >> your first grandchild. how about that? >> people with diabetes have healthy babies all the time. this is one of those times.

her weight. but she had a new future. here's her story. >> as a kid, i always had weight on me. even though i was in the marching band and i was a flag twirler, cheerleader, going to different parades, i still would come home and load up on the wrong food. we ate a lot of fast food. >> reporter: eventually, her weight skyrocketed, to 375 pounds. >> my mom did try to get me to lose weight. i would sneak food. >> reporter: one day online she came across pictures of her former high school bandmates. >> they were fit and tone. they looked amazing. i asked myself how come they look like that and i look like this? and that made me want to change my life. i started this lifestyle change january 20th of 2011. instead of hurting myself, i started helping myself. i'm trying to lose fat and build

muscle. i'm trying to tone everything that i have. i used to get on a scale all the time. one thing i said when the numbers didn't move is, if i keep doing what i'm doing, it will eventually change. in life, you have so many people that give up on you. you can't give up on yourself. i want to teach people how to live healthier lifestyles. and if i can do it, absolutely, anybody in this world can do it. people see me today and they say, i don't remember you heavier. i do. i remember me. >> okay. everyone here ready? you want to see how much weight she lost? let's roll it right there. the scale. wait, wait. there he is. 205 pounds.

>> you started this just last year. and 205 pounds. >> yes, i did. >> bring us back to that first moment when you said, i'm going to make this happen. >> you know, after looking at my friends from high school, and they were so fit and toned, and i looked at myself, and a tear rolled down my eyes. i wanted to know how they looked like that and i looked like this. and we're the same age. at that moment, something clicked. it was time to get healthy. >> it all felt harder to stick with that, through 205 pounds. where did you continue to find the motivation? >> i dug deep. i dug deep. i was tired of being fat. and with god, i made it through. >> what was the hardest part for you? >> hardest part was changing how i eat. the emotional eating. when you're sad, you eat. when you go and get something, you eat. when things don't work out, you eat. >> what clicked there?

>> my thought process. in the way i prepared the food. i feel when you know better, you do better. instead of eating fried foods, i started baking and broiling foods. not using salt. using mrs. dash. changing the way that i eat. >> we saw you working out there. you stuck to that, as well. >> i love to work out. every day. >> now, it's a full part of your life? >> it's habit. >> that's great. you look so great. we have a little surprise for you. where is chris? you know chris powell? "extreme weight loss." >> oh, hi. >> i know you guys did not work together. but how proud of her are you? >> oh, my gosh. you have no idea. you did it on your own. it's so incredible. doesn't she look amazing? you are so beautiful. and look at those guns. oh, my gosh.

we have to do a posedown after this. you know that, right? >> absolutely. >> what lessons can people draw from this story? >> especially the emotional part. the moment of clarity you had, when you talked about and seeing your high school friends. and that moment when you said, you know what? it's going to change. i mean, that's so powerful. there's millions of people out there that are looking for that moment of clarity. again, once they have it, though, the journey begins. but if you don't mind my asking, woo kept you motivated especially in the tough times? >> i had -- i'd stay on facebook. looking at what they were doing in the transformation of their body. and i wanted that. i kept going. and i have people to continue to tell me how wonderful i look. and that keeps me going. >> you look wonderful, by the way. >> thank you. >> yes. want to keep you going. >> one more question. if you had one thing to say to the millions of people out there who are too terrified to take

abductions. >> they've been identified as 21-year-old kenyon waller and 25-year-old william campbell, both of baltimore. police say they abducted several victims from bus stops if baltimore county and the city. the first two cases involve teen girls who were abducted from a bus stop in catensville, held at goiptd and sexually assaulted. -- gunpoint and sexually assaulted. >> police say one of the suspects abducted a man and a woman. both men are being held without bond. fog still a factor out there, lauren. >>reporter: charley, the fog has started to dissipate, we do have our fair share of problems. an accident just cleared on the jfx, it was right on the northbound labors of northern parkway. you will want to expect delays traveling southbound from ruxton road to 28th street. we do have a crash right on northern parkway at york road that you'll want to keep in mind. big problems right now on the west side of the beltway. there's a crash in the outer loop at liberty road. here's what the beltway looks like in hartford. still a bit sluggish on the outer loop as you make the drive up towards providence

road. that's a rook at the roads and here's lynette with a look at the forecast. >> good morning. yes, visibility is still quarter mile or less in a lot of spots. as you head out and about, definitely take it easy on the roadways out there. we're also dealing with a dense fog advisory that has been extend today about 10:00 and also we picked up some more counties along this. the only place that's pretty safe this morning is the eastern shore, although there is still some patchy fog across that area. as we take you outside in towson, you can see what happened this morning, starting to fade a little bit, but patchy fog is in place out there in towson right now. as we look at maryland's most powerful radar, we're dry, but we do have the chance for some more scattered showers and storms to pop up as we go into the afternoon. megan and charley. we are out of time.
